Warranty Policy – USA Used Parts
At USA Used Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty primarily covers damaged parts or parts sent in error, and it applies to parts only—labor costs are not included under any circumstances.
Warranty Coverage:
If a part arrives damaged or is incorrectly shipped, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
If a customer cancels an order or orders the wrong part, a 25% restocking fee may apply, along with the deduction of shipping costs from the refund.
Canceled orders without a request for replacement are also subject to the 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
Engine Warranty Requirements
To maintain the validity of your engine warranty, the following steps must be taken during installation:
Replace the timing belt and all external seals (crank seals, cam seals, gaskets).
Install a new water pump.
Transfer all accessories from your original engine to the replacement engine.
Thoroughly clean the intake manifold and check for any loose nuts, bolts, or debris.
Inspect and repair the cooling system. Install a new thermostat and use a 50/50 antifreeze mix.
Change the engine oil and filter before starting the engine and continue doing so every 3,000–5,000 miles.
Ensure the engine runs smoothly—no knocking, excessive smoke, or abnormal oil consumption.
⚠️ Failure to follow these installation and maintenance requirements can void your warranty.
The warranty covers internal engine components such as the block, pistons, and valves. It does not cover items like:
Sensors
Carrier bearings
U-joints
CV joints
Ball joints
Wiring harnesses
To File a Warranty Claim:
Customers must provide:
A copy of the installation and diagnostic reports
Supporting photos or videos, if applicable
